Unopened food products will be replaced if they arrive damaged or defective.
IF I OPENED MY FRANKIES, CAN I RETURN IT?
Unfortunately we are not able to accept open returns. If you feel like your bottle has been damaged reach out for help from the team.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I BOUGHT FROM A RETAILER?
Only products that were purchased on frankies457.com are available for return. Reach out if anything is wrong, we are always happy to help.

WARRANTY iNFORMATION
Frankies 457 offers a limited warranty for products purchased directly from Frankies 457 or its authorized retailers. Our products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for up to 30 Days from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less. Unfortunately, we cannot warrant the quality of products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners, so our warranty only applies to purchases made directly through Frankies 457 or an authorized retailer.
